She is apparently now a zombie, though I find that more than passing strange. She is a fairly <a href=\"http:\/\/www.marvel.com\/comics\/onsale\/lib\/view2.htm?filename=%2Fi%2Fcontent%2Fst%2F6615new_storyimage2387220_full.jpg\" target= _blank>awesome looking Marvel comic<\/a>. She is a woman of <a href=\"http:\/\/kellyrfineman.livejournal.com\/380979.html\" target= _blank>many poems<\/a>, though occasionally she has to skewer the odd gnome with her quill.<\/p>\n<p>And now? Now the Austen girl is getting magic, too. Mary Robinette Kowal has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.maryrobinettekowal.com\/journal\/novel-sold-best-birthday-present-ever\/\" target= _blank>sold her &#8220;Jane Austen with magic&#8221; book, <i>Shades of Milk and Honey<\/i><\/a>, to Liz Gorinsky at Tor in a two-book deal. <\/p>\n<p>How much do I want to read this book?<\/p>\n<p>How happy does this make me, that not only are a.) books deals are still being made, in the midst of house closures, but, this one is b.) JANE AUSTEN WITH MAGIC!?<\/p>\n<p>*happy sigh*<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, it is the birthday of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.janeyolen.com\/index.html\" target= _blank>another Lady Jane<\/a> to whom we wish the best of every single thing. Many happy and memorable returns of the day!<\/p>\n<p>Aquafortis is <i>doing something<\/i>. But I cannot yet <i>tell you what<\/i>.
