Since it&#8217;s somewhat of a symbiotic relationship, one would think&#8230; well, it&#8217;s business after all&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Via <a href=\"http:\/\/discomermaids.blogspot.com\/2007\/04\/i-get-so-excitable-jay.html\" target=\"_blank\">Mermaids<\/a>, we discover that come August there will be a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.randomhouse.com\/catalog\/display.pperl?isbn=9780375813757\" target=\"_blank\">SEQUEL<\/a> to Jerry Spinelli&#8217;s Stargirl. Very interesting; I always thought the Stargirl herself was something of an enigma; it&#8217;ll be interesting to hear her &#8216;speak&#8217; in her own voice&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Blog tours &#8212; what a great idea! <a href=\"http:\/\/motherreader.blogspot.com\/2007\/04\/author-interview-tracie-vaughn-zimmer.html#links\" target=\"_blank\">MotherReader<\/a> got the ball rolling for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.tracievaughnzimmer.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Tracie Vaughn Zimmer<\/a>, whose book in verse about a girl with CP is making some positive waves. She&#8217;ll be chatting ma\u00f1ana with <a href=\"http:\/\/cynthialord.livejournal.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Cynthia Lord<\/a>, whose phenomenal <a href=\"http:\/\/readersrants.blogspot.com\/2006\/07\/no-toys-in-fish-tank.html\" target=\"_blank\">Rules<\/a> made me both smile and cry. (She just signed a contract for three more books. Yay Cynthia!!
