(Raab is also the inventor of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reviewerschecklist.com\/sys\/nl\/ai.esp?cid=6b7ee832ffc9e6a3cd57d0994eb9e0a6&#038;iid=1&amp;amp;taf=0&#038;home=home&amp;show=000&#038;ins=6\" target=\"_blank\">Reviewer&#8217;s Checklist<\/a>, a service which is designed to promote children&#8217;s, teen and parenting books to a broad range of media. If you&#8217;re serious about wanting to be a reviewer, definitely check it out.) She encourages people to read and nominate more graphic novels, and I know the graphics people are looking forward to that. (And don&#8217;t forget, people: the 2008 Nominations are Now Open&#8230;)<\/p>\n<p>And speaking of manga, via <a href=\"http:\/\/chickenspaghetti.typepad.com\/chicken_spaghetti\/2007\/03\/manga_giveaway_.html\" target=\"_blank\">ChickenSpaghetti<\/a>, palindromic librarian blogger<a href=\"http:\/\/www.tangognat.com\/2007\/03\/01\/super-happy-fun-manga-giveaway\/\" target=\"_blank\">TangognaT<\/a> is celebrating four years of blogging and giving away mucho manga! Congratulations, TangognaT!<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s a comic book kind of day. Available in bookstores <i>yesterday<\/i>, this <a href=\"http:\/\/www.darkhorse.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">Dark Horse Comics<\/a> production of Season 8 of the popular girl-battles-vampire-with-good-one-liners is <i>TODAY<\/i> in its second printing!
