Authors Support Intellectual Freedom<\/a> have posted <a href=\"http:\/\/asifnews.blogspot.com\/2006\/08\/this-just-in-sexy-music-leads-to-teen.html\">additional information on the study in question<\/a>, as well as their usual entertaining comments on the issue.<\/p>\n<p>A few other interesting bits of news: Audiobooks of The Cat Ate My Gymsuit and a few other notable YA and middle-grade books can be found at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fullcastaudio.com\/tek9.asp?pg=products&#038;grp=37\">Full Cast Audio<\/a>. On a related note, YALSA and the Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC) have announced a new award for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ala.org\/Template.cfm?Section=News&#038;template=\/ContentManagement\/ContentDisplay.cfm&#038;ContentID=132341\">the best audiobook produced for children and\/or young adults<\/a>. To follow up on a different part of <a href=\"http:\/\/writingya.blogspot.com\/2006\/08\/in-brief.html\">TadMack&#8217;s recent post<\/a>&#8211;the part about celebrity children&#8217;s books&#8211;Stephen Hawking, along with his daughter, is going to <a href=\"http:\/\/news.bbc.co.uk\/2\/hi\/entertainment\/5075516.stm\">write a children&#8217;s book<\/a>.
