Just an excuse to inflict you with my sense of humor.
About the author
tanita s. davis is a writer and avid reader who prefers books to most things in the world, including people. That's ...pretty much it, she's very boring and she can't even tell jokes. She is, however, the author of nine books, including Serena Says, Partly Cloudy, Go Figure, Henri Weldon, and the Coretta Scott King honored Mare's War. Look for her new MG, The Science of Friendship in 1/2024 from Katherine Tegen Books.Related Posts

HA!! Speaking of leaving critical secret messages as simple riddles, one of my (many) beefs with The Da Vinci Code was that an alleged Harvard professor and Da Vinci expert had great difficulty deciphering the backwards writing on the floor of the Louvre. (Maybe this should make me glad I didn’t get into Harvard?)
Too funny!
We’re rereading Redwall right now, and I, too, am always irritated by the “critical messages as riddles” thing. Such presumption! 🙂
